Prendergast Primary School is for children aged 4 - 11 years. This form is for children applying to Reception - Year 6. (Reception in-year applications are only accepted after 1 January. Please contact Lewisham Admissions until 31 December.)
Prendergast Primary School is part of Prendergast Ladywell 'through-school'. All of our Year 6 pupils automatically receive a place in Year 7. Our primary provision is on the same site as our secondary school, Prendergast Ladywell School, which accomodates chilldren in Years 7-11. This application form must be completed by a parent/carer with parental responsibility to apply for an in-year place at Prendergast Primary School. We may require the applicant to provide formal evidence as proof of parental responsibility.
You must provide the following documents to complete your application:
If you have recently moved to your address, you must also supply a letter from a solicitor confirming completion date (closing accounts may be required). If you move house, or some other relevant change to your situation, you must re-apply and provide new documents.
